Streamlined Feedback Process with Learning Perks
I like Leapsome because it has easy looks and intuitive feedback inputting, which is really handy for handling end-of-year and mid-year reviews, as well as project and 360 feedback. I also enjoy the learning options; they are good and allow me to learn industry-specific topics for new projects. Plus, the setup was a breeze for me as an end user since I didn't have to do anything.
